DirectX8 Error

As Natus said in another post, there is a strange error related with DirectX. In my case, when I try to run any game it apears a message saying that I haven't DirectX 8 installed (when I really do) and then Nemu crashes. What can I do?

What video card do you have?

If it's onboard video or a Voodoo 3,
you *must* set the desktop to 16 bit (high color),
*not* 32 bit color.

I've no words... I've tried nemu 0.8 with glide64.dll and I'm really surprised, Nemu 0.8 is THE BEST!

But, do you wanna know why am I so excited?!?!?
Ok, then I should say that I'm playing Mario64 at full speed with my P1 166... YEAH! I'M PLAYING MARIO 64 AT FULL SPEED WITH A 166Mhz!!!

My specs are:

CPU PI 166Mhz MMX
Voodoo2 12Mb
80Mb RAM
...

Isn't it A-M-A-Z-I-N-G ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
