Direct3D Device creation failure

I dont know im getting this error. The plugin says my grahpics card is just fine. so whats going on

Its a S3 ProSavage DDR

bad graphics card but theres a way to make it play the games go to this website http://www.s3graphics.com/ go to drivers click s3 presavage and there's a up date

i think mario tennis does not work on dolphin 1.02

I have the same problem but I have a Geforce 6600GT.
