Differences in Opera and IE for emutalk.net?

I don't know if i'm the only one experiencing this, but some things don't come out right on IE as they come out right on Opera, Anyone know the reason? just wondering

As far as I'm aware, Tripod does not allow any direct linking to images hosted with them. (That was why we had a lot of broken avatrs here a while back! ) Don't know why it works with Opera though. But anyway, get a decent host.

That's what I'm suspecting as well, I doubt Tripod allows linking to files in Opera only.

Edit: I just noticed that where it says 'Quote:' it is impossible to read because of the background colour. Not a biggie, but it would be nice if colours matched properly. (If you don't know what I'm talking about highlight all the quotes in my post and you will see some writing that you probably couldn't see before.)
