Diddy kong and files EEP / MKP

Diddy kong racing… i really love this game! But it’s very difficult to collect all silver coins. I tried the project 64 cheat. I have interested to race trophies but are locked!
Someone can post the file EEP and MKP please?
And a last question. What is the function of this files?

Those files are the battery / memory pack saves of an actual game. You put 'em to your save folder and play.
