Dark Paper MArio

At the beginning of the game I go to princess peach and then lifted into the sky where it is dark Mario, Peach, Bowser, and that witch all becomes black and then when i fight it goes back to normal but when i hit bowser or he hits me the star with the 1dmg is a lil screwed up too but how do i fix the dark mario though? i know this will be a problem later on.

I use Rice's 5.6.0 plugin for this and it works great feels like the real thing but when i get to the dark parts it is pretty bad, like some stuff are inverted like the candles the flames go over the candle itself so its like the candle is on fire and then mario is black etc...
But when i use Jabo's plugin it works great just that some places flickers like crazy... buncha posts talks about this jabo's plugin happens to be that way. I've tried other plugins like glide+evoodo, older ver of rice they all sux for this and right now i find rice's 5.6.0 the best except when its dark.... so need help on fixing this please or any configs changes ? or other plugins with config changes thx~

I don't recommend using one plugin for the entire game. You should switch plugins frequently during your game as problems occur. The game is playable with Jabo's, but if you get to an area where it flickers switch to RiceVideo, etc. You'll just have to experiment.
