Yesterday I tried to run Soul Calibur 2 in Dolphin and, as I expected, the game run with very very low frame rates, so I decided to look at the CPU use and the free memory available in my computer.....and what I saw suprises me a lot.
CPU was always at 50-55% and the computer also has a lot of free memory.
Usually, the bottleneck in emulators is the CPU, but this is not the case in Dolphin...Why Dolphin doesn't use 100% of CPU??
I have a P4 3,2Ghz with 1GB of RAM and a Geforce 5900
