Convert exe to rom

hey basicly theres a game streets of rage 4

its open source like was wondering if anyone would know how to convert it to be playable on gens/project64/fusion
any rom realy so i can play netplay on it

I think this mod is only for PC, you can't play it on a emulator.

Streets of Rage has never been on a Nintendo console, save perhaps the Wii and its Virtual Console. So what does this have to do with Project64? Besides, you can't turn EXE files into ROM files anyway.

P.S. Street of Rage Remake is a remake of Streets of Rage (duh). It's not RoR4, and it's for PC only, like the site says.

yeah i know i just didnt know where to post it..... and i only asked if it can be converted or used on any of the roms. so (duh) as usaid
