surprised me with this one ,simple update i thought.bah! nothing short of stunning ..pretty much as near to perfect as we are likely to get ..and jabos graphics.wow! just about everything looking great ,menus in ready2rumble perfect, the fog in zelda mom looking f***ing ace ..res evil 2,yoshi etc etc don't know where to stop .. well done to everyone who made it this good .. you all deserve your rest ..haven't been this shocked since initial release

hav to agree. a lot of great stuff. noticed how the pj64 emu options are much simpler than before. jabo's d3d is just the don again. way too many games working perfect...perfect dark seems even more perfect. mario golf actually has grass rather than a blue texture, and many other stuff. not forgetting banjo tooie. congrats again to everyone involved, definitely a nice surprise after coming home from watching a quality japanese film at a m8s house (and playing 4 player halo for about 4 hours non-stop :) ).

lol, we wanted a good suprise .. things seem to always go better for things underhyped .. then things over hyped .. a good reason to wait for tooie ... but I think every one involved did a top job .. and all very appreciated

Yeah, that was the surprise.

I just browesed the forum as every day and did'nt expect nothing special, and then I read "PJ1.5 final released" :O
I couldn't believe it at first. But it's true! :)

Just great news! :) I'm so excited...

Once again, congrats to the PJ64 team!

Yep stunning - Hardly any issues!!!! However there have been clues that Jabo was contributing to things and that something big was coming just have a look through the forums!! Good idea though - LOL I was gonna post that N64 emulation has been dull the last fortnight - I would have looked a fool

Yeah, maybe Mario64 or something... it's just that pj64 is the top of the line emulator for top of the line computers. Some generalization about running all games at full speed with a 600mhz computer is ridiculous... it confuses newbies. There are a few games I can't get at full speed with a p4 1800mhz and geforce3. There's basically this "ladder" you should use with N64 emulators... try pj64 first, if it's too slow, try 1964... too slow, try something else. With my old 500mhz computer I ended up at the bottom at the ladder with Corn, which ran Mario64 perfectly.

oh look, it's bodie! i thought you were dead bodie? (ha, ha ha, hahahahaha...)

anyway, i was gone from the emu scene since pj64 started generating no more than 25 fps on my 733, but when I popped in again, 1.5 had been released.

i felt just like when pj 1.0 was surprise-released.

well I have also to say thank you to Jabo that with his last graphic plugin made possible the emulation of my favourite game(I'm an evangelion fanatic) ....i mean Evangelion 64;) :cool:
