Buying PSO

I live in America so I use the NTSC format and I noticed how it says "Other products by Sega Of Europe (UK Video Games)." Does this mean that it is the PAL version of the game? If it is PAL, can I still use it to do what I need to do? A lot of the customer reviews are written from people that claim to be in the United States so I am not sure about it.

Yeah but you are jumping to the conclusion.

Let ShizZie do his job because if you tell this guy the wrong way..he can be panic or think something is wrong with his message but this guy's message didnt mentioned about how to rip GC-isos as well so he is doing just fine.

PSO finally arrived but I think there is a problem. The game I received is titled "Phantasy Star Online Episode I & II Plus". For those of you who know what I am talking about, will this edition not work for what I'm trying to do?
