bug Report on Zelda 1

Well here is what I have experienced
I am trying to edit a cheat Legend Of Zelda - TOOT U v1.0

when ever I try to edit a cheat tunit & Boot options illustrated by the screenshot I will get a Program Error message.

Your project64.cht file is corrupt. Re-download Pj 1.5 to over write your current one and fix the issue.

basically I right click on Tunic and Boots and right click and select edit. I get this Error:
