A country code message doesn't mean, it's a bad dump. Some country codes aren't supported by Dolphin so it could be a legit dump of the game.Most likely your disc image is corrupted since you get a country code error.
You should really be using Dolphin 1.03 you know... Of course, you can't really play the game, unless you call single digit speeds playable.

A country code error has more to do with the image itself and not the emulator, no amount emulator tweaking will make it go away. At least, this my "educated opinion" based on my own tests and responses from others.So i have to try a other ISO? Couldnt be something wrong with me Options?
