blank sky

[goldeneyepd fan]

for some reason, why, i dont know, the sky is blank in goldeneye. in frigate if i look at the "sea" the "sky" turns white. is it my rom? or my pc?j64: this problem is the only standing in the way of being perfect.

The sky in both GoldenEye and Perfect Dark isn't rendered correctly when you use Jabo's Direct3D plugins. Rice's plugin renders it correctly to my knowledge.

What are your computer specs?

i do have rice, but it says failed to load ricegfx(or_something).dll ad it reverts to jabo.

If you have an ATI card, then use Rice 5.5.1 if you want proper sky and trees. I'm not sure how well the plugin works on Nvidia cards.
