best emulator?

What the best emulator for Sonic Adventure and Sonic Adventure 2?
It requires:

Compatibility for vmu saves; Compatibility for vmu minigames like Chao adventure, Chao editor, Chao adventure 2, Chao editor 2; If it requires a different graphics card then the one I have (A geforce FX) It is PCI compatible, and if it requires a differant graphics card where is the cheapest place that still sells em?

I don't think any emulator supports VMU minigames. Chankast might, but don't quote me on that. I know that it emulates the LCD, at least. Chankast has problems with GeForce cards in certain games like Sonic Adventure.
