Best Emulator and Plugin for Mario Parties?

I've been playing Mario Parties (1 to 3) in the Project64 emulator, 1.6, and there are some minigames that run really slow in it, otherwise it works fine

But still, I was wondering if there was a better emulator and better plugin to run the Mario Party 1,2 and 3 even more close to their perfection
