Some fecker(s) busted out the window of my car last night. The power had gone out in my area, and I'm willing to bet it happened during that time. It was as dark as, well night, outside. They stole the radio and a few CDs. I still have the face for my detachable-face radio, so I have no idea what they plan to do with their bounty.

Bad, but the worst part is that it was raining all night and day, and I didn't discover it until 5 in the afternoon. I just now finished removing most of the water inside with an old chamois.

die feckers :corpse:

Damnit I hate cleaning up broken glass. What a freaking mess. Thankfully the new window will be installed today.

Now I know why red cars generally carry higher insurance premiums. This is the third time this car has been broken into; more than any car I've owned. Red seems to attract the miscreants. :getlost:

I don't know the insurance end of it, but I do know this, red paint cost more money (someone told me that, but I don't know how true that is).

At your service, dood!
I can understand this thread, because some prick stole one of the wheels off of my dads car, thats right, a whole wheel, even the hub cap.

I prey, not pray.
Hmm...good thing about the stereo on my car, is that even though its worth more than half of what I paid for the car ($2500), it only fits in that specific year, make, and model. No face plate required :p It's a damn nice stereo too.

So they just take the whole stinkin' car. :p

Anyway, the new window is in, but the regulator was knackered so it won't roll down. If it's not one thing it's another. Bah. :getlost:

My ass is wet!

Driver's seat hasn't completely dried yet. Good thing it's sunny today, though the car smells quite musty right now. Febreze® to the rescue. :)

If that is yours, then that's pretty cool.

Yeah, the car is mine, she's my baby. The house isn't, though.

Look in the pic though, your house is on the piss. It's like not straight or anything.

I work for a major insurance company in the UK. The whole red paint thing, it's utter bollocks. ;)
