Bad Problem,

Everytime i run a game it runs fine and then it suddenly says "insert a controler in port1" (example) i cant play any of my games because i thinks there is no controller.

So.. have you configured your input plugin?

Or any plugins whatsoever?

Under the input plugin, make sure that you have the plugged checkbox checked under controller 1.
