Audio Plugins?

I have 5.1 Logitech surround sound. When I play a game on PJ64, though, the sound only comes out of my 2 rear speakers and my subwoofer. Is there an audio plugin that will allow me to play n64 games to their fullest and in surround sound?

I have attempted to use zilmar's audio plugin, which does include all speakers, but I get an odd audio lag and I can't sync the game to the audio with the plugin.

I've owned DK64 for my N64 since 1999, and every time it loads up, it says "presented in DOLBY SURROUND."

It's the plugin. I changed it from Jabo's to zilmar's and all 5 speakers started working... but it was all.... icky. The audio was almost as bad as playing it on 1964 (which isn't that great. You guys at pj64 did something right with the video and audio plugins.)


And if anyone asks, I downloaded DK64 just for the reason that I can play the game in surround sound. We're too poor to afford a 300 dollar system for the TV, so I got a 60 dollar set in my room.

It still only comes out of my back two speakers. Is there somewhere that I can just go to where there are a few different audio plugins to choose from?

go get donkey kong and go in to the options and set it to suround sound and see if it works

It's been set to surround since I got it... o.o

intereated audio only produces stereo sounds not suround sound unless it is set up for it

I use iTunes and other games. I even use 1964 and it works. I set it up for 6-channel mode... so it should work, right? But it isn't! Even other plugins worked! It's just all... icky...

not exactly sure what your system is but sounds like a job for the sound card mixer controls? or windows speaker setting?

It's a CBW Diplomat PC. It's really just custom-built. I installed the video card myself and everything. It's the plugin! All I want is a plugin exactly like zaroff's only with the option to link game to audio. If I can get that, then I'll be good. Is there like a list of plugins that I could try out?
