I just ask a simple question, Why cant Dolphin boot discs, There are PC drives that read them now? i wasnt demanding it? what are you guys problem? Since you're new I'm giving you two choices:
1. Accept that I closed your topic. You're not the first person to ask this, many newbies have ask this before. It is getting a bit annoying to awnser the same question over and over again.

dont call me a newbie, i'am far from that you dont even know me, i just asked a question because it seemed like a good idea, wether you take my advise or not you dont have the right to treat me like a moron and closed the post, wether there are ruling or not dont give the right to hurt someone, so i just will leave, because youll never understand what a real human being is or isnt, and keep in mind next time you treat a new person so rudely, because if wasnt for them you wouldnt have the support and base, so good bye !

it would not be logical to implement the drive support being that its not a common thing. the development team probably doesnt even have one. and i doubt just about anyone does.

He called new a "NEW"bie, not a "NOOB"ie , you are a "new"bie because you are new here, he didn't call your dumb or anything so calm down.
He didn't break a rule, he just didn't look around before posting, nothing big it happens all the time, you should also calm down, it's no use to bash someone like that.
This was neither a good way to reply if you wanted to look good. We are not in a club or a bar , such language isn't appropriate. And again for the "newbie" thing, just read back the start of the post.
And finally to answer your question:
Yes it was answered already that's why it was closed. If you had done a little search on the forums you would have found out. If you happen to have the luck of having a drive that can read those drives and actually own the game(s), you can just take the time to make your own image (in way less time than download one).
At the moment it is really not worth the time to spent on getting the specific drives to create a plugin for it for the amount of people actually having those drives. Dolphin is still a WIP, it's not done and right now it's working with what has been done. The authors should have more focus on working on core stuff like the CPU, audio and video in order to increase speed and compatibility.
One day the emulator plugin specs will be available and then someone will be able to create such a plugin. As I said again, it's not worth the effort yet to do it.
