Arcade hack upgraded

Wow, this was a big one and I had to drop the old tables because the upgrade required it. This mean we lost all old scores (2015 scores, that is). Sorry about that. However, the new hack is much more advanced and you really ought to check this one out. This new version allows more games to be added, and another game called Simon has been prepared for the hack so I'll go add it and see if it works.

Tons of board error yesterday I had over 20 000 (was at round 60...) on Breakout

Make sure you use Internet Explorer when you play, other browsers might not be able to save your database score to prevent users from cheating. Netscape doesn't work, I know that much.
