A 'sometimes' problem

A strange 'sometimes' problem that occurs after shutting the emulator down more than a few times in a heavy comp session..
I have had this happen a few times..after starting pj64 up again for another session i get a can't initialize d3d device(or words to that effect)
and after looking in the task manager under the processes tab i find multiple instances of pj running ,which when closed fixes the
d3d device problem ..so this is not a 'major' problem that can't be righted but shows pj is not always exiting the program cleanly on
some occasions (not that often)

I've noticed that problem too. Not with the latest version (yet), but many times with 1.4.

Not a big deal of course.
