30 FPS Limit

I´m playing soul calibur, but the frame rate is limited to 30..it should be 60, right??

Nothing is wrong, the real frames are 30 not 60.
I have a question though ,i have Soul Calibur with 50/60 hz selector ?
Is there an difference between the two in terms speed in emulating ?

50Hz is for PAL systems which run at 50fps max, while 60hz is for NTSC systems which run at 60fps.

flowrent,do u even know wat 'fps' means lol cuz u sound like u dont and it has all to do wit speed not only wit dreamcast roms but bout every game

If a game is locked at 30 fps, then it stays there regardless of the game's region.

I played at 60fps limit with my old GF4, but with the 6600GT i have this limitation...what i should do?

I didn't say I limited the fps, Chankast doesn't have such an option.
