Nothing is wrong with it, the thing that is not right is your video card or/and its drivers. You made a similar post some time ago about something similar, you should look at it again.

Compress those images before I delete said images. Abusing attachments is against the rules. Last warning now.

As for the problem, three words: Intel Integrated Graphics.

I suggest you use Glide64+eVoodoo. See the sticky in the PJ64 forum to set that up. It should look much better but not perfect. If you really want it to look good, then you'll pretty much need a new graphics card.

Just be careful when using the screenshot function. Some people (especially those on dail-up or crappy ISDN) can't help you when a thread takes more than 10-30 minutes to load with 10MB of bitmaps, as well as wasting a lot of the bandwidth (and your time uploading the pics), thus we have the rule. I fixed the posts up now so it'll load quicker.

A cheap PCI Gefoce FX 5200 should be enough for emulation and the games that your PC can handle. If you want it only for emulation you may think about getting a PCI Voodoo 3/4/5. If your motherboard has an AGP slot (I don't think that it has) you may want to get something faster. :)

No, that card is probably worse than what you have now. A good card to use would be a nVidia FX 5200 or better, or a GeForce Ti 4x00 etc.

Cards to avoid:
ATi Rage
Intel graphics
S3/Savage
Matrox cards
