Software T&L fixes the title screen of Mario Tennis and the moon/sun problem of Ocarina of Time on a GeForce FX 5600 (and probably many other stuff.)

The fx series gfx cards seem to have problems with rice's plugin. You can try using different drivers and see if it clears the problems.

A few comments:

- You should not use normal combiner and normal blender no matter what, because you don't have to use them.
- You should not use TNT combiner if your driver is newer than 41.09 because it won't work.
- You should use 2-stage combiner for your GF2 MX if the driver version is newer than 41.09, but it won't give you good result anyway because there are only 2 stages. It is normal, no suprise.
- Frame buffer features seem not working on GFFX5600.
