You heard right, and I went ahead and grabbed one. On the box is a barcode sticker with a serial number. If the number is
180336X = pro
180339X = pro
180340X = Non pro
180338X = Non pro
My BB had the 180339's, and sure enough it has a Pro card in the box. This confirms 3 so far I know of personally (two cards were bought by one of my clanmates that are 180339's also and are for sure Pro series cards).
Now if saving $70 bucks from a Pro model to the SE isn't enough, currently there is a card to get HL2 for free when it comes out as well! I was going to buy that one as soon as it hit's store shelves so I bet I saved $50 there as well.
