Yes, it started as a disk space issue. We ordered an additional harddrive and things didn't exactly go as planned. Now we're doing a completely fresh install of the server OS (RedHat 9) and moving all the sites over from the old harddrive to the new. We meant to do this soon anyway, so it's not such a bad thing. This means setting everything up, including name servers, site hosting, moving databases and whatnot. Hopefully we'll have it up and running tonight.
The good thing is we will have no space issue anymore, a fresh install of the server OS (now: RedHat 9, previously: RedHat 7.2), the newest version of our server control panel (now: Plesk 6.0, previously: Plesk 2.55)...and other good stuff. We won't let you down.
