How to use this pack?
For NTSC-U:
1st: download a dolphin x64 (yes only the 64bit version works)
2nd: download the pack.
3rd: place the folder (RB4E08) to inside of /User/Load/Textures/ and then enable hi res texture loading (Load Custom textures) in your graphics...
