I'm sorry if this issue has been answered elsewhere, im kinda new here. I'm having the opposite problem of most people here ... the games goes WAY too fast. I'm trying to play Super Smash Bros. but the menu goes at 77fps and in-game is at 40. removing dynarec makes the game pretty slow...
