Hi i have downloaded mario Party 4 and when i get to the file selecting screen, I get a video plugin error! It says: Error: unknown Opcode (0x3e) How do i fix this?:(

I am trying to run a game on Dolphin but when I try to run the game, It immetiatly says Direct3D Device creation failed along with a box that says booting. After saying ok, it says Gamecube emulator has encountered a problem and needs to close. How to I make the game run? I already have DirectX9.:(
