Does anyone else find that the Geforce 6600 GT is really loud? Because i received my new pc the other day and its really annoying, like a high pitched buzzing whenever the pc is loading a program or something. Is there any thing that u can do for this? Thx

Hey, I have a problem with my game Zelda Ocarina of Time, when ever i start to run around in it. The floor goes all white for a few seconds then it goes back to normal. It keeps on doing this whenever i run. What could be wrong? Here is a screenshot: Thx for any help.
