is there going to be new version of dolphin anytime? or better program for gamcube?

i have right now: radeon 9000pro athlon xp 1800 512 DDR i have Naruto_Gekitou_Ninja_Taisen 1 and while fighting it works on 3.80-4.80 fps with 640x480 i also close all the programs while i play it and make it in the CPU on "high priority". --- i thinking to buy soon something like athlon 2800...
