StarFox 64 slows down on Good System

Sound problems in Starfox on certain levels
On Fortuna and the Sand Level with the tank I get scratchy sounds during the whole level. Anyone else have this problem? My specs are: Ver 1.5 - Jabos D3d 1.4 and Azimers Audio .40 and Nrage Direct Input8. Win XP 1.1ghz athalon, Geforce 4-4400, Sblive XGamer, 256mb ram. Anyone have any idea...
