How to fix framerate at 30 fps?????
Some games like Soul Calibur are designed to run at 60 fps. So when I use Vsync a have no problems. But some others like Resident Evil Code Veronica and Shenmue run at 30 FPS on Dreamcast. When I emulate these games with Chankast they run very fast. Is there any way to lock framerate at 30 fps...
