How do I solve this Error?

Problem starting chankast.
When I try to start it it comes up with the message: The procedure entry point MakeCriticalSectionGlobal could not be located in the dynamic link library kernal32.dll. Anyone Know how to fix this?- Dragonflare2

Problem when emulating.
