Dolphin x64 Beta 3 is not using both cores
I am using the latest version of Dolphin x64 which is Beta 3, it says it has dual core support and its not using both cores. Iam running Super Smash Bros Melee and getting about 17 FPS with core 0 at 100% and core 1 at 0%. Iam using XP x64 with all updates including the dual core patch and...
