during openings and some gamplay my fps is about 55-65/60, and during gameplay it says its 25-35/30, but it runs smooth and playable. except when its at the 35 FPS the screen goes much to fast for the audio, and it ends up cutting off certain dialogouge. Im wondering if there is a way to like...

When Im playing these games(the only two I have) the voice acting begins to overlap, and different sound comes out of different speakers. How do I fix this?
