If your Dolphin isn't getting better than 10fps, read this:
This is a suggestion as a new person to these forums, but if I read this data right, getting under 10fps for games is normal and unavoidable. So the only reason to download the emulator at this point is to go "ooh, ahh, it's purdy", not to play games. If this is in fact the case, why not make...
