is it possible to assign one key (on the keyboard) to initiate the pressing of two buttons (in the game)?

the emulator crashes after the words capcom comes out. does this mean i have an echelon version that wont run? or is it because i have to change some settings. im running 0.25 version both interfaces are on xxx. vga, normal priority, capcom hack is on. some ppl said the zwrite stuff might fix...
