Ok, How do I make it so that when I run Chankast, the framerate caps at 60 or so. I tried the suggestion in the FAQ, but my monitor is already set at 60Hz, and I don't think that it has anything to do with the monitor settings. Is there a plugin or tool that I can use? The Utilities download...
