I dont know im getting this error. The plugin says my grahpics card is just fine. so whats going on

Everytime I try to start up PJ64, 2 errors come up saying: Failed to allocate memory. Failed to allocate memory. Can somebody tell me what this means and how to fix it? Your help will be greatly appreciated. EDIT:Nevermind, I solved this problem by reading previous post. :icecream...
