Can anyone tell me the optimal settings for ATI radeon 9200 when using rices video plugin 5.6.0?

Whenever I start PJ64 I get the following message: "Direct3D failed to initialize your HAL device make sure you have a properly configured 3D graphics card compatible with Direct3D 6.0" Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.
