I'm using NRage DInput8_V2 plugin for my input. Basically, I bind all my buttons to the keyboard and everything works except the D-Pad. Also, the analog stick will never go 100% which really sucks for the game I've been trying to play, Jet Force Gemini. It could be an issue with the game...
