im trying to run 0.13 version and i get these 2 messages when i try to load the .exe up "Not enough memory for Jump Table" "Failed to allocate memory" if any of you guys know how to fix this please help me out

im trying to run pj64 version 0.13 and when i click the exe file i get these two messages poping up "Not enough memory for Jump Table" "Failed to allocate Memory" if any of you guys know what i can do to fix this please let me know
