I am wondering, even though i have a slowish PC, if I get a Geforce 4 Ti 4200, will i be able to run all n64 roms at about 50-60fps?

I am trying to get this game to run, but every time I play it, it always crashes, nomatter what plugins / settings that I use. I use 1964 0.84 with the new ini so its 1964 0.85 All other games seem to work fine though does anyone know what could be doing this?

Every time I play a ROM, any rom, the emulator will crash (I will get a message saying that 1964 has caused errors and will now close, a log script is being created) in no less than 2 minutes. This gets really frustrating and I don't know what it is. Does anyone know?
