Perhaps im stupid, perhaps im idiot, but i've one question wich I think have been asked 10 times: how do you do to save your game? because when i go in File, Save game and Load game are disable. How can I do?

i downloaded pokémon coloseeum. in the foldre, i have at least 24 files with all the same folder and there is something i dont understand: with dolphin 1.03, ive an error message and with dolphin 1.02, the game run but verry verry slowly can you help me?
