so, after successfully changing .7z to .z64 (thanks for the help) i got a game i always wanted: Pokemon Stadium. I start it up and it says i need a game pack..... how do i put that in?

i've downloaded Star Fox 64 and the format it was in was .7z. Project 64 can't play that and i need to convert it to .z64. Does anyone know how to do that? Also, i got the program, "7-Zip", and it makes no sense to me. Is this the program i use to convert it, because i tried for the last thirty...
