when i was playing zelda64 on pj64, all of a sudden it runs averything a bit too fast, from graphics to music, any solutions ?

project 64 + zelda64 = subscreen delay :( ultrahle + zelda64 = works great but has no adaptoid support :((( any suggestions please ??

can anyone tell me what emulator offers the most compatibility in combination with the adaptoid, been following the emu scene for several years. But , for instance, what is the best way to update project64? via plugins? or is there a better emu ? (tried them all).
