This game has so may graphics problems, what is the best plugin + settings to make this game's graphics run properly?

i put the RiceVideo61.1.0c plugin into the plugins folder then made sure the directory was correct and tried to change the plugin but its not showing the plugin i added even when i select the ROM plugin settings, i can only select the rice's deadlaus 5.2.0 plugin.
