Is it possible for the programmers to release a rice SOUND plugin, so that we could edit the sounds in game?

Okay, I've edited some files in the TEXTURE DUMP folder, and they're there, currently. HOW DO I PUT THEM INTO THE GAME? Don't tell me stupid crap like "search", This is all I need to know. Please tell me and I'll be out of your ass.

I extracted the 3 DLL files into the Plugins directory, and opened my PJ64. I went to Options > Settings, and it tells me that it can't load RiceVideo.dll, then another message tells me that it can't load RSP.dll and the final one tells me that it can't load RiceVideoDbg.dll. So, what do I do...
