Do someone know where I can found a translation of this game?

I have a p-3 800 MHz 128 RAM and a voodoo 3 3000. I use PJ 64 to play MM but it is too slow. Do someone knows a setting or a plugin to help me? The FPS are on 50, and I don´t know what to do... (sorry bout my english, but I´m brazilian...):satisfied
