Why isn't Resident Evil 2 supported by any emulators ???

In the start menu, when i create a new agent entering the name, hitting OK, it shows a window : "WHERE SPACES" with two possibilities : Delete Files ( but i have no files to erase ... ) and Cancel . What am i supposed to do to enter game ???? THANKS
